By using BillMintly, you agree to these terms. BillMintly provides tools for organizing bills, identifying possible savings opportunities and preparing actions you may choose to take.
BillMintly provides informational analysis and software tools, not individualized financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You remain responsible for financial decisions and for verifying information before acting on it.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the authentication account you use to access BillMintly and for the accuracy of information you provide.
When you connect a supported third-party service, you authorize BillMintly to receive and process the information made available through that provider for the features you request. Third-party providers may have separate terms.
Eligible new web Pro subscriptions may receive a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required at checkout. BillMintly does not charge the Pro subscription price during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan begins billing automatically after the trial at the price displayed at checkout—currently $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year for the corresponding web plan. The subscription then renews automatically at the selected cadence until canceled, subject to any price change that is properly disclosed before it applies.
You can schedule cancellation from BillMintly while the web subscription is active. Cancellation is set to stop future renewal at the end of the current Stripe access period. During a free trial, scheduling cancellation is intended to prevent the post-trial renewal charge while preserving access through the applicable trial/access end date.
Free users may be offered a one-time full BillMintly Deep Scan for the price displayed at checkout, currently $19.99 on the web at the launch price. It is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription. A paid scan credit is consumed when BillMintly successfully creates the corresponding full report. Pro members may receive full Deep Scan access as part of their active Pro benefits.
Potential savings, target amounts and negotiation-prep figures are estimates based on information available to BillMintly, including values you enter. They are not guaranteed discounts or promises that a provider will accept a requested price. Unless BillMintly explicitly says a live negotiation service has contacted a provider, negotiation-prep tools are instructions and scripts for you to use, not a representation that BillMintly contacted the provider.
Features may change, experience interruptions or remain in testing while integrations are being prepared for production. Sandbox or development integrations are identified in the product when applicable. A displayed future partner, rewards, bank or app-store feature does not mean that an external company has approved BillMintly unless that approval is explicitly confirmed.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use BillMintly for unlawful activity.

These terms may be updated as the product and commercial offering mature. Material changes should be reflected by a new effective date and applicable notice.
